Cancel or Withdraw From Your Order

Hi, I'm Sarah from marryful. If you need to cancel an order or have a question about your right of withdrawal, you're in the right place — and I'll look after it personally.

First, the honest part about digital templates

As an EU consumer you normally have a 14-day right to withdraw from an online purchase. For digital products like mine, that right ends the moment your template is made available to you — which happens immediately after you order, in either Corjl or Canva. At checkout you actively agree to this immediate access and acknowledge that you're waiving your 14-day withdrawal right (under § 18 FAGG and Article 16 of the EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU).

Because access is granted instantly, this means I'm not able to offer refunds, returns, or cancellations once an order is placed. I know that's a firm line — it's the nature of personalised digital files, where I have no way to "un-send" access.

If something's actually wrong, I fix it — always

If you can't access your template, got the wrong file, or hit a technical snag, that's a different story and it's on me. Just open the chat window at the bottom of any page on marryful.org and tell me what happened — I'll sort it out.
