Little Olive

I drew Little Olive as a whole shower rather than one invitation, because olive branches deserve to be on the door and the favor table too, not only in the mail. It is watercolor olive greenery, soft sage stripes and a vintage bow on warm cream — Mediterranean, quiet, and easier to pull off than it looks. Put your names and your date in, and it downloads in a few minutes.

Designs — one olive grove, the whole afternoon covered. Watercolor olive branches, sage green stripes and gingham, a vintage bow frame and warm cream underneath. Nothing in it is pink or blue, so you can send it long before anyone knows. The set runs the length of the day: the “Little Olive Is on the Way” invitation, a welcome sign for the door or an easel, favor tags that also work as labels, stickers or cupcake toppers, a matching thank you card for afterwards, and a games bundle so the activities are not printed from three different places in three different fonts. There is a second olive invitation in sage green gingham, with white blossom and butterflies instead of the bow — a softer, more floral take on the same greenery rather than the same card in a check. It is a baby shower theme first, and since every word is yours to change, the same greenery carries a baptism or a first birthday without looking borrowed.
