Should I send paper or digital thank yous?
Paper for weddings (still the gold standard, especially for older guests); digital is fine for casual events. Many couples do paper for grandparents and aunts, digital for the rest.
How long after the event before it's too late?
Wedding thank yous: within 3 months. Shower thank yous: within 6 weeks. Any later and you're apologising for the thank you, which is awkward.
Photo or no photo?
If you have a great photo from the event, use it. If you don't, a non-photo design reads as elegant rather than rushed.
