Can I change the size?
The sizes are fixed, so a 5x7 invitation stays 5x7. That is what keeps it printing cleanly. The wording, fonts, colours and photos are all yours to change.
How long can I access my template?
You can edit and download your template for six months. Once you have downloaded a file it is yours to keep and print forever. If you are running short on time, send me a message and we will find a way.
What if something is not right with my order?
Email me at office@marryful.org and I will fix it. Personalised files cannot be returned, but I have never left anyone stuck.
How long does a printed order take?
About 6 to 9 business days in total. I email you a preview of your design within 2 to 3 business days. Once you are happy with it, printing takes 2 to 3 business days, and USPS Priority Mail delivers in another 2 to 3 business days, free within the US. Put your event date in the order form, and if it is close, email me at office@marryful.org before you order.
What is it printed on?
Your invitations and cards are printed on 120 lb smooth matte card stock with a premium look and feel.
Where do you ship printed orders?
Printed orders ship to US addresses only. Outside the US? Choose the digital template and print it at home or at a local print shop.
Can I change something after I see the preview?
Yes. Reply to my email with your changes and I send you an updated preview. Nothing is printed until you are happy with it.
Can I return a printed order?
Because every printed order is made to your wording, it can't be returned for a change of mind. If something arrives damaged, has a printing fault or does not match the design you confirmed, email me at office@marryful.org within 14 days of delivery with your order number and I'll look after it.
I would rather edit it myself. Can I?
Of course. Choose Digital template and you can edit it yourself in your browser right after checkout, then print it wherever you like.
