PARTY GUIDEHow to Edit Your Template in Corjl
About seating chart templates
The seating chart your guests stop at on the way in to find their table, and the one piece of stationery that has to be perfect because everyone reads it. Editable templates across alphabetical, by-table, and themed layouts.
New to editing? → Our Corjl guide shows how to drop your guest list into each table slot.Layouts for every guest count and style. Alphabetical (easiest for guests to scan), by-table (more elegant for the photos), photo-chart hybrids, mirrored chart designs, mini place-card chart combos. Themed to match wedding, bridal shower, or baby shower suites: celestial, coastal, garden, classic florals, witchy, vintage Hollywood, and more.
Editing is fast. Open in Corjl: type your guest list into each table slot, adjust fonts and colours. No software to install. Free demo on every listing so you can see exactly how it'll look.
Where to print. Large formats don't print well at home. Corjl Prints is the easiest: you order prints right inside the editor where you edit your design, choose your size (18×24 or 24×36), and they ship a poster-finish print to your door. Prints of Love is a good alternative and prints the same large sizes (code marryful10 for 10% off; this is an affiliate link, I may earn a commission at no additional cost to you. Thank you for your support!). Want a rigid chart for an easel? Foam board is the sturdiest finish. More in our printing guide →

FAQ
How do I update guest names quickly?
Type them into Corjl directly into each guest slot on the chart.
What size for a 100-guest wedding?
18×24 is the standard size and fits 100-120 names comfortably with two columns. Go to 24×36 for 150+ guests.
Should I print double-sided?
No, guests only need one side. Single-sided foam board is the easiest and most rigid finish.
